Ecuadorean Coastal Properties

On Jan. 8th 2009, my son Garrett and I boarded an Atlanta flight to Quito. At the same time my soon to be 1st client of the New Year, Mike from Alaska also boarded the flight. He knew me from my website so we struck up a conversation about Ecuador and Alaska. It seems we only lived a couple of miles apart in Anchorage and so we immediately formed a bond of friendship.

Whale watching in Ecuador is a special time for us. It marks the beginning of our winter season and the many special holidays that are on the horizon.

Manta was graced with another real estate tour this last week as a group from all over North America joined me for an exclusive tour of our city.

Here it is Sunday morning in Manta, Ecuador and I just finished my 1st cup of espresso. Yes I have an espresso machine which I brought from Alaska with me. It is one of the few things I chose to bring down to Manta. However as I sit here watching CNN on my 40 inch tv eating my western omelet and toast, I would barely know I were in another country.
